Food Security

A Local Solution to a National Challenge

We’re addressing one of Liberia’s biggest challenges—food loss—by creating local access to food preservation tools and infrastructure through our innovative Food Preservation Centers (FPCs).

The Purpose:

• Transforming community spaces into shared drying hubs using commercial dehydrators
• Enabling farmers to preserve their produce for personal use, or to sell to others for a new income stream
• Reducing waste and extending the shelf life of perishable crops
• Building national food security and strengthening rural incomes

Our Focus: Local preservation solutions that fight waste, create value, and feed Liberia year-round.

Local Manufacturing
